Some celeb dating lives are in the tabloids every day, but then there are celebrities who have dated people quietly and never specifically let the public know. Sometimes they even get married and have babies on the low. It's not that they're trying to hide anything (probably), but more likely that they appreciate the privacy, and it's more like a don't ask don't tell thing. A lot of these couples hit the red carpet together and we still didn't even notice.

Here are some celebs that you never knew were a couple. (Some are still together, some definitely are not.)

13 Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy met way back in 2006 on the set of the film Evening and they got married in 1999 in a Parisian wedding. They had a son in 2012. Claire has said on marriage:

"Marriage is wonderful. It’s challenging, and… it just keeps getting deeper. I keep learning more things about him and myself, and that’s not always comfortable. But I have this incredible security, and it’s a huge asset to have a partnership with someone you trust and admire – and want to make out with."

12 Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor

[caption id="attachment_27812" align="alignnone" width="1280"] via: youtube.com[/caption]

Sarah Paulson has been killing it on American Horror Story. Lately, and it turns out, she had been keeping quiet about her relationship with actress Holland Taylor. The two have a 30 year age gap, and Holland made this statement about it:

"I'm sure [that] shocks a lot of people, and it startles me. But you know, it's not a statement original to me — I've heard it as a joke once in my past, but as they say, 'If she dies, she dies.' . . . She thought it was funny when I said it too."

11 Sarah Silverman and Michael Sheen

These two started dating in 2014 and both star on Showtime's Master of Sex. Sheen has said of Sarah:

"She's great. She's a wonderful, wonderful person. She's funny, obviously, but she's so smart and so sensitive and thoughtful and kind."

While Sarah has said of Sheen:

"He really classes me up and I just pull him right down to my level, unfortunately for him. I could go on and on."

Maya Rudolph and Paul Thomas Anderson have been together since 2001 and have four children. Paul is one of the few people on the list who isn't an actor, but he is a very successful director, screenwriter, and producer. Ever heard of Boogie Nights? Before Maya, he also dated Fiona Apple. Maya has been asked if she would consider having more children and her answer was pretty resounding.

“Hell no! I would be a crazy person if that happened! I would be a crazy person! We have all walking children now. It’s sad that the baby days are over, but it’s also like, ‘Okay, everybody’s healthy, we did it.’ Now we’re chugging.”

Lisa Bonet and the Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa have been married since 2007 and have two children together. It sounds like Jason has a good relationship with Lisa's ex Lenny Kravitz, and the group has been seen out together at events. Lisa and Jason have a pretty cute height differential...he's 6'4" and she's only 5'2". Zoe Kravitz has said about her parents:

"They have so much love for each other. It makes things so easy that my parents are still very close, they have so much love for each other."

[caption id="attachment_27819" align="alignnone" width="1000"] via: aceshowbiz.com[/caption]

Bo Derek and John Corbett were actually set up on a date by an agent. It was 2002 and John was a regular on Sex and the City with My Big Fat Greek Wedding about to come out. He did not however, have a date to an Oscar party, so his friend agent Norby Walters suggested Bo. John recalls being "intimated" by Bo, and Bo who hadn't dated in five years had been waiting for sparks to fly, and they did. They've been together ever since. Well isn't that just the cutest thing you've ever heard. Bo said the feelings came on "instantly ... I kept saying to my friends, 'I'll wait until all the sparks and all that get going.' And it finally happened."

These two started dating in 2012 after meeting on the set of On the Road. It's been rumored that they are engaged, but those rumors have also been shut down by their reps. But it wouldn't be too surprising if they were denying the truth, because we didn't even know they were dating to begin with. Kirsten has said:

"We've been together for three and a half years, so, yes, it's going really well. We're the same age. We have similar backgrounds. He feels like family to me."

[caption id="attachment_27823" align="alignnone" width="2328"] via: seher.no[/caption]

Helen and Hank are no longer, but they dated for five years in the 90's and then only lasted two years of marriage. Hank has said that he never wanted to get married again, and has spoken openly about the struggles of losing that kind of a relationship.

"Getting over someone is a grieving process. You mourn the loss of the relationship, and that's only expedited by 'out of sight, out of mind.' But when you walk outside and see them on a billboard or on TV or on the cover of a magazine, it reopens the wound. It's a high-class problem, but it's real."

4 Amber Tamblyn and David Cross

[caption id="attachment_27824" align="alignnone" width="970"] via: nydailynews.com[/caption]

Amber (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), and David (Arrested Development), got married in 2012. Amber has been friends with former costar Blake Lively for years, and it sounds like their husbands get along pretty well aslo.

"I mean we'll be on text chains the four of us, and Blake and I will get like one word into all of their jokes. Oh that's happening! They have been in love with the idea for a long time. I think Ryan wants to literally share a pair of pants with him so he's in one leg and David's in the other. They're just really in love."

3 Catherine Keener and Dermot Mulroney

[caption id="attachment_27825" align="alignnone" width="1200"] via: meatgrinder.co[/caption]

You might not have known that Catherine Keener and Dermot Mulroney were ever a couple, since it happened so long ago, but they were actually married from 1990 to 2007 and they have one son together. They met on the set of Survival Quest in 1989 when Mulroney got stuck trying to climb up a cliff. Keener is notoriously quiet about her personal life despite working steadily for years.

"I feel like some things are my business. I don't talk about things I don't want to talk about."

Additionally, she often doesn't take dates to red carpet events for an interesting reason:

"You can move faster when you're alone. I can duck easier."

2 Lauren Graham and Peter Krause

[caption id="attachment_27815" align="alignnone" width="2153"] via: huffingtonpost.com[/caption]

You might have seen these two together before...playing brother and sister on the show Parenthood that is. They've been together since 2010 and keep their relationship pretty quiet. They have however been grilled about how they manage playing siblings while they're dating. Once when Peter was on the Today Show he said:

“We keep the two things separate. We don’t call each other by our character’s names at home or anything. Come on!”

Megan even played Tammy the ex wife of Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreation, who of course was played by real life hubby Nick Offerman. They've even put on a comedic stage show about their relationship.
